Every care has been taken to ensure our website descriptions, measurements and photographs accurately portray the accessories, however representations may vary depending on your specific browser and computer monitor. Please also remember that these accessories are lovingly handmade, making each item truly unique, and as such items may differ slightly from what is depicted on the site.
How do I return my order?
We hope you love your Crown and Glory but if you wish to return any items from your order, we are happy to offer you a full refund* if the item(s) is arranged to be returned to us in its original, unworn condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. For fast processing of your return, please use the returns form that can be downloaded here, or ensure the required information is handwritten and included in your parcel.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for products that have been worn for hygiene purposes.
Please ensure that you complete the form in full to avoid delays in processing your return.
Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense and we strongly recommend that when returning items you use a Signed For insured service (such as Recorded Delivery) as we cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us.
Please ensure that that sufficient postage is paid for your return as we are unable to accept packages which do not carry the correct postage amount. This includes customs and duty charges for international orders returned to us.
This returns policy does not extend to altered, made to measure or customised items, unless the item arrives faulty, wherein a replacement will be supplied.
*Refunds will be made for Item price as price paid at time of purchase and initial postage will be refunded for UK orders only if; prior notification of order cancellation is given via email or letter within 7 days of delivery, and if the order is returned in full - at a basic rate regardless of delivery method chosen. Returns made outside of this cancellation policy will be refunded for product price only.
My order hasn't shipped yet, can I change my mind?
To change or cancel your order please email us with your name, order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to change or cancel and we’ll let you know if this is possible. If items have already begun processing then the standard returns policy applies.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the return being received and refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please refer to your own banks’ policies for how long this will take to appear back into your account.
Can I exchange my items?
That’s no problem, please return your item(s) as normal and select the ‘exchanges’ box on your returns form. When exchanging for a different item of greater or lesser value, we will get in contact once your return has been received to sort out the balance owed. Please note you may have to repay the postage to dispatch the new item(s) to you.
Returns made for exchange are made at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to withdraw our exchange policy during busy periods.
My item has arrived damaged, what do I do next?
All Crown and Glory items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you in the safest way possible, however if your item is a little worse for wear after a tumble during delivery then please email us and we'll get back to you within 2 working days. Please note that items that have been deemed faulty by the customer will be examined by our team once they have been returned to us to ascertain whether or not they are unfit for purpose.
Crown and Glory's decision regarding the state of these items will be final and no further discussion will be entered into. Items that are decided to be faulty on will receive a refund for outbound and returns postage, at a basic rate, regardless of delivery methods chosen by the customer. For customised or made to measure items that are deemed faulty on arrival, Crown and Glory will aim to replace the items wherever possible before refunding.

Terms and Conditions
Returns must be made within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Returns that are made after this time may not be applicable for a refund unless prior arrangement has been made. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unworn condition. Tags must be intact where applicable. For returned items that we believe that have been worn, a deduction will be made from the refund total. This will be a percentage of the order value to cover any cleaning or repair fees. This is inline with the Consumer Contracts Regulation, 2014. For items that are returned outside of our returns policy it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for collection of the items, or be charged a redispatch and admin fee.
