How do I place an order?
To purchase an item, click the "add to cart" button which you will find on each product page. Once you have added the item(s) you wish to your cart click "checkout" and your order will then be processed externally by PayPal. You may pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal, or directly with your PayPal account if you have one. When your chosen payment method has been accepted PayPal will send you a payment receipt email and you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us. Your order will then begin processing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal

What are the Postage and Packing costs?
Shipping to the UK is via Royal Mail First Class and costs a base rate of £2.99. As each item is made by hand and to order, dispatch times are around 3-5 working days. If you would like your order via Recorded delivery or sooner than 5-7 working days, please add Fast Track Delivery to your order
For the rest of the world, standard delivery is sent by Royal Mail Airmail and costs from £3.99. We offer International Signed For Delivery at an additional £5.50, please click here to add this to your order
if you require a tracked service.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us via Paypal detailing the dispatch date and method of your order. If you have purchased tracked delivery. your delivery reference number to track the status of your order online will be included in this email. A signature may be required upon delivery, so do check with housemates and family members in case they have signed on your behalf.
What is your Returns Policy?
If you wish to cancel your order, we are happy to offer you a full refund* if the item is arranged to be returned to us in its original, unworn condition within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense and we strongly recommend that when returning items you use a Signed For insured service (such as Recorded Delivery) as we cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us. Please ensure that that sufficient postage is paid for your return as we are unable to accept packages which do not carry the correct postage amount.
This return policy does not extend to earrings due to hygiene reasons or for altered, made to measure or customised items, unless the item arrives faulty.

with your name, PayPal Transaction ID and details of the item(s) you'd like to return and why. Please note we will not accept returns that have been sent without prior arrangement so please contact us first.
All refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the return being received and refunds will be made to the original payment method (i.e. PayPal for all debit/credit card transactions).
My item has arrived damaged, what do I do next?
If you wish to exchange an item, please note you will have to repay the postage to dispatch the new item to you. Returns made for exchange are made at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to withdraw our exchange policy during busy periods.
All Crown and Glory items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you in the safest way possible, however if your item is a little worse for wear after a tumble during delivery then please email us and we'll get back to you within 2 working days.
*Item price will be refunded as price paid at time of purchase and initial postage will be refunded at a basic rate regardless of delivery method chosen.
