- How do I place an order?
To purchase an item, click the "add to cart" button which you will find on each product page. Once you have added the item(s) you wish to your cart click "checkout" and your order will then be processed externally by PayPal. You may pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal, or directly with your PayPal account if you have one. When your chosen payment method has been accepted PayPal will send you a payment receipt email and you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us. Your order will then begin processing.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- What are the Postage and Packing costs?
- Shipping to the UK is via Royal Mail First Class and costs a base rate of £2.99. As each item is made by hand and to order, dispatch times are between 3-5 working days. If you would like your order via Recorded delivery or sooner than 5-7 working days, please add Fast Track Delivery to your order Orders over £30 are automatically upgraded to Recorded Delivery.
If your order has not arrived, please check with your local sorting office as it may be the case that they have tried to deliver when no-one is home. Crown and Glory will not refund postage costs for items that are returned to us due to non-collection.
Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email via Paypal detailing your delivery reference number to track the status of your order online. A signature may be required upon delivery, so do check with housemates and family members in case they have signed on your behalf.
For the rest of the world, standard delivery is sent by Royal Mail Airmail and costs from £2.99. We offer International Signed For Delivery at an additional £4, please click here to add this to your order if you require a tracked service. - How long will my order take to arrive?
- All Crown and Glory items are made to order, so please allow up to 5-7 working days for dispatch, especially around busy periods such as Christmas.

Every care has been taken to ensure our website descriptions, measurements and photographs accurately portray the accessories, however representations may vary depending on your specific browser and computer monitor. Each piece is hand crafted, and as such there may be differences from picture to product. This simply re-enforces the unique qualities present in Crown and Glory items!
We hope you love your Crown and Glory Hair Accessories but if you are unhappy with any item we are happy to offer you a full refund (excluding postage & packing fees, unless the item is deemed faulty) if the item is returned to us in its original, unworn condition within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense and we strongly recommend that when returning items you use a Signed For insured service (such as Recorded Delivery) as we cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us. Please ensure that that sufficient postage is paid for your return as we are unable to accept packages which do not carry the correct postage amount.
This return policy does not extend to earrings due to hygiene reasons or for altered or custom items.
To arrange a refund please email sales@crownandgloryaccessories.co.uk with your name, PayPal Transaction ID and details of the item(s) you'd like to return and why. Please DO NOT return items without contacting us first.
All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the return being received and refunds will be made to the original payment method (i.e. PayPal for all debit/credit card transactions).
If you wish to exchange an item, please note there will be an additional delivery charge for the new item of £1.50. We reserve the right to withdraw our exchange policy during busy periods.
If you're in the UK, your order should take 2-3 working days to arrive after dispatch. The international orders, please allow from 5 working days. Please note that Crown and Glory cannot be held responsible for any delays to your order.
